- Does Holli ACTUALLY buy homes?: Yes! And we are happy to provide you with information on homes Holli has purchased from our clients in the past. You can also see some photos of homes Holli has purchased from our clients.
- When are the purchase terms decided?: Both parties (Holli and you) must agree to the terms in writing of the purchase BEFORE the house goes on the market. This ensures everyone is on the same page from the start of the transaction.
- Does my home have to be in good condition?: No. We consider homes of all types and levels of condition.
- Can I still sell my home if I opt out of the Guaranteed Sale Program?: Absolutely. In fact, most of our clients opt out of the program because it makes more sense for them to sell their home for market value in a shorter period of time.

Guaranteed Sale Program Disclosure: The purchase price shall be up to 90% of the appraised value. An appraiser will be selected by Holli McCray. Approval subject to acceptable property condition, location, absorption rate and days on market of comparable homes in the area. Approval for properties over $300,000 shall be considered on a case-by-case basis only. Seller(s) agree(s) to list the property for a minimum of 120 days with Holli McCray at the guaranteed sale price and pay the agreed-upon commission at closing. There is no obligation to participate in this program when hiring Holli McCray to sell your home.
